Here’s another #WorkOutWednesday for you! Inspired by my coach @m_serrano04
This is a 5x5x5 work out:

Push-ups 5 reps
Sit-ups 5 reps
Air Squats 5 reps
20 ROUNDS
100 total reps per exercise.
This is a timed exercise, make sure you finish and don’t give up! Next time you will beat your time.
